Marauder 1 hand/shield solo survivability

My focus in this build is solo survivability. 1 handed weapons with a shield. High block, resists, health, armor, and regen.

Critique this build

I've tried to find the shortest path, let me know if you spot anything more efficient.
Please let me know if this is any good considering end game.

A lot of the posters have a raging epeen for 2 handed weapons. I can't imagine that the extra resist, shield block and armor rating is so useless that hardly anyone even considers a 1 hand/shield build.

May I have some feedback from levels 60+ please?

I was gonna go this route but I opted for more damage right off gonna pick up def later. I don't know enough to critique but your not the only one whose epeen isn't adequate for 2h. See my post for my build.
