How does this build look? (Hardcore)

thanks in advance. idea was go as much life / life regen as possible and possibly go for blood magic / convert evasion to armor late game. I've messed around with summoner witch and crit witch before but this is my first melee.

edit: forgot to mention this will be a ground slam / heavy strike 2 handed mace maurader focused in being able to effectively solo.
