[Resolved] Unable to use Scroll of Wisdom or any orbs

Not sure when this started, I noticed it on the lower level of the Church Dungeon in Act 2. After defeating the boss in that area I tried to ID some loot and found the scrolls wouldn't work. When I right click on them nothing happens. My right click ability still works, also I am still able to use Scroll of Portal. I returned to town I tried all the different orbs I had in my stash, all of them had the same issue, right click nothing happens.

I thought it might be a conflict with my G13, so I did a reboot with the G13 unplugged, still no change.

Also, I tried my other characters, they had the same issue. Also tried creating a new character just to see, and that character also had the same issue.

Looks like it was my mouse, not a bug. After experiencing the problem on PoE, decided to play something else for a while and noticed similar problems, right click working for certain things and not for others. Grabbed a different mouse off another computer and everything works fine.
