Can someone give me a link to where I can read about these titles and how to get them please?

Unfortunately these titles were part of the supporter packs sold before the open beta started. As far as I know, they will not be available again. :(

If you want a Supporter title, you have to donate at least $15+.
For Kiwi pets, at least $25+. |

Supporter = $25

25 for normal kiwi
50 for native kiwi 100 for shiny kiwi 250 for golden kiwi 1000 for heavenly kiwi too have them all, you needed to buy separate packs | |

The packs went from $10 to $1000. $25 = Suppoerter $50 = Bronze $100 = Silver $250 = Gold $1000 = Diamond To give you an idea of what was in these packs, Diamon pack comes with a special diamond kiwi, custom avatar, custom in-game item, t-shirt, physical dvd and soundtrack, and some other stuff I can't remember.
