Shield Charge bug???

1st time it appeared that when I spammed shield charge, after a short time, the game started to throw me back to one place, and my skills didnt hit the mobs. so when I used the skill on a monster, I got thrown back again. when this bug appeared, I couldnt use portals anymore, and slowly I died.
I made another character, started all over again, used shield charge again, and after a short time, this bug appeared again, at different location, and with different monsters.
