General Discussion - Increased Cold Damage Question - Forum

I made this item yesterday (some may have seen it in my crafting tutorial): Unavailable Question: I have a hard time understanding what the "8% INCREASED COLD DAMAGE" actually means. Looking at the stat screen is somewhat inconclusive... Does it mean a) weapon cold damage only b) spell cold damage only (unlikely) c) both weapon and spell damage... PLEASE be C ^^ i think its Both. u could test it out if u have 1 diffrent that gave cold dmg on hit.
