Black Screen After Character Creation

I can now play the game, and overclocking my graphics card decreases the fps lag so its not really laggy at all, thank you guys for helping out!

So I managed to login at town, worked fine until I moved where water would have displayed on screen. If we could have some client command to disable water effects until this is fixed would be great. Because I was running 40fps in town with loads of people on maximum graphics. Any Staff or Mod response would be appreciated

It's almost over a year with this problem and i doubt someone will do anything about it.
