Please help me come up with a 2-handed build :)

Hello everyone. Im too afraid to spend any talent points because I dont know how hard it is to respecc :P .. I am basicly looking for a great 2-hander build. Any suggestions? :)

Ive been refining a Lightning strike build that deals with using Lightning strike combo'd with the support gems Life Leech, Faster Attacks, and lightning penetration.

Does it matter much if I picked "troll's blood" instead of "armour mastery" in the beginning?

You have to look at the tradeoffs of your long term build. By choosing armor mastery you might be gaining a momentary gain of armor but you also lose a fair amount of health and health regen. In the late game there are maps that do constant chaos damage and you will need the trolls blood along with golem blood or other health regen nodes especially if you are using bloodmagic. Also if you are using iron reflexes and obtain decent gear, the amount of amour that you need will be drastically be reduced meaning the three points you used to get armor mastery might slow down your overall build.
