Cannot create character

I wanted to join game today, and after the wipe character list is empty. So i try to create some anew, but game disconnects and gets me to logon screen after a while. Also, "League" field is empty, and i cannot select anything there. Any suggestions?

I've been having the same problem. My character showed up then my game froze, restarted it and it was gone again. This is very frustrating! I've tried logging in and out like others have suggested but I get no results. I even re installed the game thinking maybe a file was bugged but nope.
