OK plz MOD/DEV fix this random map crashing errors

My game crashed like 5 time today because of error.

I dont know if the first two error messages were the same in my 5 crashes.
Maybe its just that waterliliesns.dds making me to crash?....

Should I delete that file and somehow redownload that file?

It didnt crash in just one map. It crashes randomly when I try to go to a different map.
After restarting the game, the game works fine for awhile then crashes again with (I think) the same error messages.

At the moment my game crashed, I opened task manager to see and had like 76% memory usage.
have Windows 7 32 bit, 4GB (so not technically 4GB you know what I mean)
