Question about the patcher

If previously we patched until, let's say, 50%; after we close the patcher and open the patcher again, will it continue to patch from 50%, or will it start again from 0%?

It will continue from where it left off, but it will call the remaining amount 100%. It will still have all the previously downloaded stuff.
