Scion farming builds

Hi, i am pretty new to this game, i have been on and off through closed beta, open beta etc, i was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of a good farming build for a scion, as i have heard it is very difficult to change your skills of your character and it is much easier to just re-roll, so i want to avoid re-rolling as frequent as possible.

Nice farming build, but also i don't want to be getting 1 shot either, or i am up for any advice/suggestions on what the best build is for my character, thanks.

This build has high survivability from the massive life leech it provides. It's a very expensive build for a newcomer, but the Soul Taker isn't necessarily 'needed' until you feel as though you need a nice dps boost. It's pretty straight forward and is a great farm build if you have the currency.
