Need build suggestions

So i died on my lvl 85 ranger on nemesis... reeeep

And im looking for suggestions for fun to play builds.
Im open for anything really, just looking for some inspiration.

Well the guys in general are typically jerks, but here we're all crazy!

Oh well, on the serious side I'd say some real AoE melee that's not Splash, or some cold crit caster.

Because of all the forums, OT is the only place i hang out.
Ive got to know some of you and it feels like home :D

Thanks for the suggestion, i am thinking melee. ive played enough ranged up till now.
Just not sure yet what exactly...

Exclaimer: I'm a noob who just likes playing the game for the pretty lights and sounds.

I was having lots of fun playing Dominating Blow with melee splash and 2-handed axe as a marauder. There are probably many more efficient ways of playing which is why I very rarely give out game advice.

Pros: everything blows up, no corpses. I added the extra gore effect because I like the limbs flying off and being drenched in buckets of blood.

Cons: no block, slightly harder to stay alive.

Did I say everything just blows up? big packs explode in fountains of blood. God I love this game.
