Have an option that would prevent other people's options from working. This would of course be optional, and this option can not be negated by other people selecting the option.
It is after all optional, so what difference does it make if I wish to have this option. /rant Saying something is optional is a HORRIBLE reason to say it should belong in a game. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

The auction houses in Diablo 3 are optional.

For reasons I am not in the mood to discuss. However, I still stand-by my final statement. By using this phrase, "it would be optional", is not a reason in and of itself for it to be in the game. Nor is it an argument/reason/evidence to support a proposition. While everyone seems to be getting the fact that I had to let off some steam. Here's another one. I want an option to NEVER see this term used as a reason for something existing in a game, "Quality of Life". It would improve the quality of life if..... Quality of life improvements could be made by.... ugh Here's a tip. You want to improve your quality of life. Go walk a mile. Have sex. Go out with your friends. Get a promotion. Get a job. I want the option to have slurms only in rant mode. I like this option more than that annoying friendly one.

indeed
sliders are way better options. Just imagine how godlike keystones would be if they would be sliders. For example CI: set your own ratio between having 1 life or full Chaosimmunity. Sooo many more buildoptions availible. Write "+1" if you like sliders. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drDs-Y5DNH8
