Burning / proliferation question

Hello, so im using Explosive arrow with ele proliferation, sometimes i attack targets and they dont get ignited, then moments later out of nowhere they are all ignited?? any1 else has noticed something like this? sometime i attack a group, they all ignite and die, then another pack of mobs comes out of nowhere and without me attacking they suddenly get ignited?? can dead corpses proliferate ignites or what is going on? sometimes i have a hard time to get targets iginited, sometimes they get iginited out of nowhere without me attacking... any1 else noticed something similiar?? or maybe there is a mechanism that i dont understand? :P

Yes, corpses can proliferate ignite. You'll see little red "auras" around enemies and corpses that are proliferating- as long as they're there, enemies approaching will burn.
