(Theorycrafting) CI cyclone [Nemesis]

So i just happened to find a Bloodseeker and thought i have to do something with it. I came up with a bit of theory and a build that i think, i need some help with. All suggestions are welcome and i would love to get ideas as to things i havnt thought about in my initial theorycraft:

so i came up with a cyclone build (Don't say cyclone isn't viable, it is)

First, what i wanted with the build:
- High Block chance (Both phys and spell block)
- High Life leech
- CI based
- Reasonable clear speed
- 1h/Shield

So with the build i thought something like this:


Some things i am unsure about myself:
- Is Zealot's oath and enemy Crit reduction worth the extra points?
- Will i be able to sustain the mana cost of 5-6linked cyclone?*
- Do i have enough Es-nodes?

So main unique is:


*I was also thinking about using The Anvil, Rainbowstride and Wurm's molt because they all help with the mana-sustain and block chance.

So with all of this (and a normal es shield) i should get something like:
- 251%es
- 66-68% block
- 23-25% life leech
- 4% mana leech (1 ring with es/res/mana leech)
- 56 all ress (before gear, and points can be respent if i get enough without it)


So... Any suggestions??

not enough dps, unless you link cast on critical
but bloodseeker crit chance is bad

usually people use bloodseeker when they are dualwielding, you can get high block too while dualwielding
high spell block however is not possible
