Stun Threshold Reduction

I have a question about the new stun effect and diminishing returns. I know that this isn't related to the gem per se but I have no idea where else to ask this:

If I have 120% stun threshold reduction it ends up being 91.1% after diminishing returns. Now lets say I boost my stun threshold reduction by another 5% leading up to 125%. This ends up being 91.7% after diminishing returns.

Now my question is this: does PoE calculate stun threshold reduction based on integers or floating point numbers? From the above example: would there be an actual difference between the two? 91.1% vs 91.7% or will they both be rounded down to 91%?

Okay, finally got an answer through Kieren and Mark. Thank you!

The answer is as follows:

"
Whether or not his math is correct, its integers 91% in both cases assuming his math is correct

This means that if you get to 91.7% after diminishing returns or 91.1% after diminishing returns it will work as if it was 91%.

Does anyone know?
@Aelloon
I do not know sorry, but I think it is not worth to further increase the stun threshold reduction in both cases
Still looking for an answer to this question.
@Aelloon
Stun Threshhold cap is like 75% I thought?

Soft cap, after that there are diminishing returns.
WTB response from somebody that knows.
@Aelloon
WTB Accurate Response: offering 1 exalt.

Wish I could earn that Exalt, but I don't think it's testable. Only a dev like Mark would know the answer. I'm pretty sure the only way to know if there's a difference between 91.1% and 91.7% stun threshold reduction is to have developer information or rigorously test millions (billions? I'm not that strong in statistics) of hits, which is time wasted that is probably far more exhausting than 1 exalt.
