Just slowly upgrade your gear. Main thing I would say is get more ES on gear, and get more resists. ES on your shield in particular, I'd say. If survivability's not an issue, then don't worry about it though.
Get a reduced mana gem or two, and link up discipline and hatred to it. Maybe look for a better weapon eventually too. With blood rage, you won't need the extra leech % from the eagle claw so you can use a higher dps base weapon Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
