Scion -> Archer Build Advice

Hi guys,

I am looking for some help from the wise on my current build.
I am relatively new to PoE and my original plan to build an evasion based archer. However, i found i was so squishy that Ive had to move into quite a few health nodes.
So my question is what do you guys recommend. Am i just doing the evasion wrong? Or am i best off just refunding the points spent and respec'in fully into health/armor tank.

All advice is welcome to help me improve the longevity of this build. I am really enjoying her.

For skills I tend to Rain of Arrow with live leech to aoe kill mobs and I have Frenzy for single target damage. (also poison arrow as i love the choas cloud)
I run clarity atm, but still my mana is poor and i have to spam mana flask. And i have a raise zombie totem and decoy totem for a meat shield / distraction.
