Not too late to change pt chat key?

To "#" and Global to "!"?
Probably is too late :/ what you guys think?

Well,what would the point of that be?

As a person that did study typing, i can see what is his intention. Its just easier basically to press shift +1, than alt + 3. When you do press alt + 3, you need to lower down your right hand, getting out of the keyboard, while pressing shift + 1.. just makes you move slightly your left hand and a few fingers. Just comodity i guess.

I dunno what language your keyboards are set to, but for me:

shift + 1 = !
shift + 3 = #

I personally don't use Shift that much, or alt for that matter in games. I just usually hotkey everything around WASD :P

Every try to do a quick Party chat while in a middle of a fight? Plus # key is easier to reach then % key...or at least it should be rebindable.

You almost got it right, except you forgot the main point I'm raising is to change Party chat to # and of course Global to !. :P

What has language got to do with this?!? All Keyboards in the world, no matter the language imprinted on them, are the same; shift + 1 = ! and shift + 3 = #...

EDIT: Actually wait, I remember there was some weird middle-eastern keyboards that had things a bit differently...
