Frenzy + Rain of arrows Scion / Does it worth wasting time?

I wanted to make my own build and I just want to ask you guys if it may work well. It's physical damage archer scion with frenzy single target spell and aoe rain of arrows.

Maybe there are better gems for phys archer dmg?
