I have this graphic card,and i know its pretty much shit,i was wondering what would be the best upgrade in 80-120 $ range

Pretty close to your range either the GeForce GTX 560 Ti or the HD 7850 both are available at around 130.
But pure bang for the buck it might be hard to beat the HD 7790 for around 90 bucks. We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.
