Skill: Tar Trap

Similar to the fire trap, but triggers tar like those black zombies in the Cove area.
Should be relatively "easy" to implement as the tar trap already exists, just needs to be made available as a player skill. Tin foil hats are a lie propagated by the aluminium industry.

I've messed around with traps but I kept getting swarmed so easily that doing only traps just annoyed me. If I could slow down an entire mob (without temp chains) then I'd be really interested in making a trap build. Finished 17th in Rampage - Peaked at 11th

I dont even use traps and i +1 it , just because from what i can see , it should be hella easy to implement, would be useful, AND, more skills are always welcome.

Increased area of effect? Increased slow/rooting ability? |

I imagine increase slowing effect is most likely levelling.
I think something like reducing enemy evasion by x% is also a logical extension. Tin foil hats are a lie propagated by the aluminium industry.
