My account is currently unavailable?

I got a free code from someone giving it away one Reddit. So when I copy'd and pasted it in, is said it was available. But after I downloaded the game, it said "Access to this game is currently not available for this account." Why? Someone please help me :(

It sounds like someone else secured the beta key before you did.

try logging in again? that happened to me first time i tried to login.make sure ur logging in with email address, i used my username..stupid me ^^ gl to ya

Sounds like something got messed up in the pipework. A developer would need to look at this, best bet is to PM support by using the blue "Support" button at the top left hand side of this page explaining your account issues.
