For the love of god do something about these spammers. They are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo god damn annoying. I get no less than 20 pms a day. 20. All unique since I immediately ignore a bot that pms me. Sometimes I don't even join in any chat channels and still they PM me. Do something please. It's so simple to add what they are saying to a block list of some sort.

for now, type: /dnd
/dnd Toggles Do Not Disturb mode for chat. When on, no messages including whispers will be received. Use this till the next patch comes out which will allow you to report the spam bots. Last edited by m0e#6053 on Nov 27, 2013, 1:02:17 AM

in the past it was "ok", some pms of spam bots a day....but now its extreme! there are different characters, today i did count 5 who spammed me constantly. klicking "ignore" is a new hobby of me.

Better suggestion:
Secure trade is allowed only via an automated, global trade system. You cannot sell your items to player X, but only put it 'on sale'. If you want to have fun with your 'social skills' and do manual trade, you can also use the 'drop on the floor' method. This can be very useful when parties with trusted friend, i.e.: I'm a ranger, my friend is a witch, and i find a very good wand which i cannot use. This would be a little bit annoying for RMT. this needs attention! POE 2 got serious performance issues. And so far the devs don't do anything about it or can't do anything about it. Either way it is very bad!

thank you guys for giving us the option to report whispers now and tho i agree with some of the ideas here and they miiiiiiight stop some of it unfortunately theres a group of idiots that have nothing better to do than ruin a perfectly good game and fun time for everyone else its part of the public and theres nothing you can really do to stop it completely but anything to tone it down would be muchly appreciated cuz it is reeeally ridiculous

We could upgrade DND.
DND could be set to ignore different groups of people (friends, guild, public), and single people (i.e. someone you are expecting to trade with). |
