Why is everyone suddenly trying to unload theirs? A week ago they were going for 14 exa pop and now people are desperate for even 10 ex.

Probably because they're not all that rare of a unique. Before Spectral Throw they were 5-7 exa, then everybody hopped on the BoR bandwagon and the price shot up to 18-20. People realized money was to be had so they've been hitting the Piety and Dominus farming runs hard to try and get some BoR drops before the market gets saturated with enough of them that the price goes down. Now the market is getting saturated and the price is going down.
I'd imagine some of the more hardcore Dom runners don't even bother checking out the dropped rares; with enough IIR and IIQ most of your run time is taken up identifying rares and making sure you're not vendoring something worth multiple exalts. If you're really just after the valuable uniques you could probably just do one inventory-full of gear, open a new instance, and get twice as many runs that way. i bought my one 1 day before release for 7 ex in standard

You can still chance it, but you might get BoR instead. I don't think anyone can beat the price I got. I am about 99% certain I paid 2ex for it within the first 3 weeks it was released.
