Looking for help on my build

I'm currently a level 74 Scion that just respeced into CI. I utilize the Cast when Stun gem along with lots of dual wield blocking.

Why I'm dual wielding over using a shield:
Spoiler
It's mainly cause I want to try something different; it's pretty common to see someone using a shield with Cybil's Paw (or with any caster weapon for that matter), so I felt I wanted to try out dual wielding Cybil's Paw while grabbing most of the dual wield nodes so both weapons benefit from it.

My problems:
Spoiler

- I absolutely suck at single target/small mobs
- DoT effects such as unrighteous fire and small damaged attacks that don't stun me as often such as fire dogs eat me alive
- My mana cost for the skills I do cast are insanely high; I cannot sustain my shock nova spam due to Voidbringers (I feel it's a lot more expensive to craft myself a 200+ ES gloves..

My Equips:
Spoiler

At first I used dual Cybil's Paw, but I had way too little ES (and even now with Ephermeral Edge, I only have 5.1k running Discipline).

My Current Passive Tree:

I'm mainly grabbing the middle circle of ES nodes now, but I'm also going to try out Iron Reflexes next level. My base chance to evade is 10% (37% with party Grace aura). I won't get stunned if I evade, right?

My Skill Gems:
Spoiler
- CWS + EK + Added Chaos + Life Leech
- CWS + EK + Added Fire + Life Leech
- CWS + Molten + Increase AoE + Life Leech + Prolif
- Cold Snap + Prolif + Shock Nova + Enduring Cry
- Reduced Mana + Discipline + Purity
- Enfeeble + Increase Duration + Blood Rage
- Lightning Warp

It seems my main DPS/and survivability comes from Molten exploding and leeching back my ES at the same time. EK procs are alright too, but my DPS is about 2k on EK, (6-7k on Molten).

So yea, I'm just looking for insight on how I can overcome the problems I have atm with this build. I love it when I jump into huge packs of mobs and completely obliterate everything, but it's quite sad when I compare it to not being able to kill one white monkey :(

Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
