Need some help with build

HI i`m 61 at the moment and have some issue.

I kill Merveil on Merci easily, Vall killed in 3 rushes ( now maybe would be better but i have problem with archer unique bosses ( those who fire ice or poison arrows ) i have mostly all of resists on ++% only chaos -60%.

Need some advices what to do to not die from 2-3 arrow attacks.
I had a fight with one of those mobs on Docks and one on map.
Normal mobs are usually pretty fine to kill.

Maybe some tips also with build.
