Scion Spectral axe thrower @!Newbie, Help!@

hi this is my attempt at a spectral axe thrower, I will be leveling and trying this out

im just wondering if this build is viable, I don't want to waste my time.

I am new to this game with little knowledge about it.

what level will I be at around the end of this, I wanted to be 80ish.

if I am running clarity, do I need so much mana regen?

do I have too much damage and not enough survival, as in health, resist?

is there anything I am doing wrong with the skills, as in missing important ones?

or choosing bad ones..
