Silver support and delivery question

I'd like to upgrade my support level to silver but don't want to have any items to be delivered to me because of the additional cost (+15$). How can upgrade my status without paying for delivery? Anyone knows?

I would PM Support (Use the blue link 'Support' at the top left of the page), they're usually pretty good with working with people on their supporter package options. This is going to be your best bet.
