Poor man's evasion noob ST build - need advice

I'm planning using this pre-end-game build: http://tinyurl.com/pe7vsqy which is based on:

- Spectral throw
- a lot of evasion and some armor
- no Iron Reflexes because I don't want to loose the bonus to evasion granted by dex
- some mana regen + reduced mana reserved, needed to use GRACE + 2 other auras (HASTE+Hatred / Determination)
- the weapon choice will be made later, because I don't have an end-game sword / axe / mace right now

So:
1. What kind of gear do I need - (Armor + Evasion) or (basicaly Evasion + some armor) or Evasion only?

2. How much evasion is needed by classic evasion ranger builds?

3. Should I renounce to armor nodes and get more evasion nodes?

the thing about evasion is that it can never reach 100% and that at some point you will recieve a hit and have no armour to reduce that damage. i would go for iron reflex+unawaring stace they do a great combo

=> does this mean that all my evasion rating will be added to armor? => if I'll use Determination and Grace at the same time (unlikely), I would receive that +%evasion rating as +%increased armor?
