Character voice emote at wrong time

Killed a champion, waterfall cave lvl 2, cruel difficulty (probably doesnt matter)

He dropped a rare, which I didnt have room in my inventory for. I went back to town, sold, and returned. Upon returning through my TP, my marauder THEN says, "And Stay Dead"

I can confirm that if you use a TP sometime after killing a champion, on return you might hear these quotes. I've heard it outside of Waterfall Cave too.
