FPS drops

When i press C stats info my fps drops alot

been getting alot of fps drop just because i reformatted my computer

But i know i updated all my stuff soo idk whats going plz help


my spec:

ATI radeon 5570

4 gig ram

3.00 ghz

windows 7 64 bit
