Huge latency spikes.

Hello everyone.
A couple of hours ago, I finally got in the game and created my first character.
Everything was goin allright, but I had to leave, so I disconnected.
Now that I got back home, I tried to play again, but there are some awful latency sipkes of 1500ms, which can be very frustrating.
I am not downloadin anythin, nor have torrents or background programs runnin. If someona can help me, Id really really appreciate it.

P.S: Its not my end, Leagues of Legends runs smoothly.
Btw, Im playin from Argentina.
