Orb of regret -> Respec -> Disconnect

Hi,

I probably encountered a bug regarding Respec points.
Used with my Spectaw char on sc an orb of regret. Got the respec point,
activated respec and clicked on the skill I wanted to revert. First there was no
reaction after a few seconds the client disconnected and wasnt able to reconnect.
Since this happned already some times today I waited a bit and tried again.
After logging in the respec point was gone the orb was gone and the skill I wanted to refund
was still activated. No remaining skillpoint left.
Either it was a bad timing while sever restarted, and the server missed a transition between
two states where my the respec point was used but the refund wasnt done yet (not transaction safe) OR the server was some how different opinion about my respec and kicked me leading to the current state.

Hope this was somehow helpful to fix an issue.
