Arc Lightning Crit, Let the Power Flow Through You [CI/Lightning/Crit]

Hi there!
Before going in too deep, I'd like to suggest you something, that I've both seen and heard from others who're using arc. Arc has a very low crit chance and as that, it barely scales with crit. I'm using a triple arc totem build, with barely any crit added (if there's any, it's from items). For the record, I've got soul mantle (spell totem), and the arc gem in it is linked with elemental proliferation, lightning penetration and faster casting. One totem's DPS is something like 1030 right now, and with 3 power charges on (which means +150%crit chance), a totem's DPS is increasing by ~30 approximately. In my (and probably others') opinion, arc is good for shock stacking, and you're better off boosting it's pure damage than it's crit chance. " This information really is useful. I'm also not liking how RNG the damage is for arc now (28–534 as opposed to say 297–446 for fireball). I'll stick with it for a bit longer before I decide to either keep it or switch it. Especially because arc only hits 3 enemies and when surrounded can be a problem, haha. |

So what about your character mate? I found that I was almost playing my witch exactly the same way as you do lol and indead, sometimes it gets hard when theres many mobs so i was thinking about spark or smthing else..
