Skill description popup partially off the screen (website)

Pretty minor, but a bug is a bug. ;)

As can be seen in the below image, the screen is totally scrolled to the top, but when I hover over the Warlord's Mark skill gem in the steel gauntlets, the popup of the skill descriptions partially is outside the screen.


If you need to check it out on your side, the character concerned is my marauder. Browser used is IE8.
