Quest Item Mana Use Bug?

Moving quest items in your inventory around uses mana for me?
Specifically, the Act II quest items. (one of the necklace pieces from bandit, the spike + gem quest items) Really isn't a major bug as the mana just regens back, but its odd to say the least. Did you take Alira's Mana bonus (bandit lord quest)? There's a known issue with Oak's Life bonus that does the same thing. There's like three people that pick Mana, so it hasn't been specifically reported yet :P

Yea o.o But my friend also picked Alira, but he doesn't have the issue on his templar (oops accidently typed paladin in the orignal post).
