Kraytin Reward (IAS) on Leap Slam

Hi there

the reward from Kraytin in cruel is permanent +8 % attack speed. but now i noticed, that it has no effect on leap slam!?

for example:

leap slam attacks per second is 0,7
increased attack speed from nodes is 22 %
and kraytin bonus is 8 %

so my attacks per second should be:

0,7*(1+0,22+0,08) = 0,91

but it is:

0,7*(1+0,22) = 0,86

correct me if i am wrong
