Need help - Freezing Pulse Scion

after playing on the default hardcore league i am planning to start on nemesis but i need some help with my build.
atm the build doesnt look rly efficient. to much wasted skillpoints imo.

I'm a newer player but I had a similar vision for my build to you although my plan was to go CI. Mine is a Frost Nova/Pulse Dual Wield Scion.
It looks to me like your build was a pure life tank with very little other damage mitigation. I had thought to add some armor and elemental resists to my build. I just thought the comparison might help.
My only other thought is that it seems like you are stretching for minor life clusters you probably won't need.

Here is my build. Its an experiment in a non-leech CI build and I know it is kind of split in 2 directions as far as my main damage idea, I will probably specialize later based on skills/gear.
