Combinations when bartering?

I heard early in beta that there was a secret bartering system, sort of like Diablo 2 Cubing recipes.
I was just wondering if there was a link or post somewhere that discusses how many types of certain pieces of currency give you a specfic one?

Example: wheystone + orb of chance giving you something else.
