Open Beta

I heard that when open beta comes around, you get to keep your character(level 1) as well as their designated names. What I'm wondering is if they are stuck in the league they are in now, or if you get to choose again.

Edit: Chris Wilson confirmed on Reddit. Your character stays in their respective league, while legacy characters will be moved into default or hardcore, depending on if they were legacy default or legacy hardcore. You can delete and recreate your character if you would like to change leagues. There will be an extremely rare chance of someone sniping your name while you delete it, but this is like a one minute window at max.

I'd assume legacy and legacy hc league chars would be transferred to normal and hardcore. Otherwise normal stays at normal and hc at hc, would only make sense
