EK/CI build

I've got an idea of an EK build I'd like to make using Blood Dance boots I've found.
It would be great if someone experienced in EK/CI end-game could give advice.

Here's the passive tree (all points spent)

CI shouldn't really be wearing Blood Dance, but ok. I mean, yeah, it works, but Rainbowstrides are just BETTER if you want defences, and it lowers your damage.

Sec, I'll link you to my posts about how it's done... I'd look at your tree and improve it, but I'm too tired right now.
