Unable to open map

Hello!
I love this game,but after the release i have every 2 hours this fantastic message:Unable to open map. Often happend this in Act3 when i wanted to travel back to the city using by a WP or just changed the location. How can i solve it? Thanks Ing:Ponfer

Every 2 hours the same,now at Vaal 2nd level :(....
