Does added elemental damage crit?

like the flat elemental damage mods found on weapons.
Do they benefit from crit and crit multiplioers?

Yes. If you crit, your entire attack/spell crits (on all mobs that it hits), which includes all flat elemental damage. In other words, it's the attack itself that has a crit chance/crit multiplier, not the elemental or physical components.
