What is the radius of the keystone skill Conduit effect??
Can the radius of the keystone skill Conduit be increased with skills?? Can the charges granted to other party members by the keystone skill Conduit be used to pay for other skills, such as Immortal Cry, Flicker Strike, Discharge, et.al.?? |
