Flicker strike being extremely unresponsive

Just today, I hold shift + right click(where flickerstrike is bound). I have blood rage and tons of frenzy charges so that is not the issue, but for some reason when I hold it down it only flickers strike once. it doesn't keep going like it usually does. Anyone else experiencing this? My character is unplayable at the moment.
