Failed to Connect to Instance

I have been reading threads made previously about this issue and tried all the suggestions from turning off anti-virus and windows firewall, opening new ports, to switching servers, and deactivating hamachi network(i don't have it). SO far the problem persists. All my characters are stuck in town and every time when I try to use the way point, maybe it be old instances or creating new ones...9/10 times I get to set back to login screen. I had no problem playing this game during the open beta weekend back in May. I purchased the beta key today before the December open beta release to show my support, I didn't expect to run into this kind of problem. A solution is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried disabling the firewall on your router/modem as well?
You could also try putting your computer in the DMZ to see if that helps. | |

Me as well. I was able to play it with no problems during the closed beta.

Having the same problem since yesterday. Can't even log into the game and if I do get in when I zone I get the error 99% of the time.

I am also having this problem, repeatedly... been trying to join the "Mud Flats" for about 10 minutes and I keep dropping from the game.

Same since today each time i try to go in lunaris lvl 3 i get kicked out of the game...
