Oversoul ice issue

Problem is thst ice spawned by oversoul is crushnig my fps.
In this screen you can see that my fps is quite good, but then, ice is spawned
Then ice is off-screen, fps is stabilizing.
I playing in lowest settings possible, fps float between 30-60. I have some certain issues in "The Ship Graveyard", rarely in "Western forest". Is it fixable?

4096mb RAM
video adapter: Ati mobility radeon HD6370 2734mb
What more is needed?

Same here, the fight is still playable, but damn.

This game should run @60 fps minimum all the time with rigs like that.
