Stats Summary in Passive Skill Tree Designer

I would be surprised if this one hasn't already been suggested, but I didn't find it in the sticky post.

The idea is simple. In the web-based Passive Skill Tree designer you could add a summary at the bottom where you would be able to see all the combined stats from the passives you've chosen. I mean, if you have four nodes of +10 strength you would see "+40 strength", and so on.

That way it would be more easy to design your skill tree as sometimes is rather painful to check which branch gives you better stats, or if it's worth to go "that far" to reach that bunch of nodes.

I though it was better to do two separated post when the suggestions are not related than to make one with two different topics, so that they are noticed better. I didn't know there was a limit in the number of suggestions you're allowed to do either.

I apologize if I've done something wrong.
It would be better to put both of your threads into one, as both can be answered at the same time. Also, it helps keep the amount of threads down, and some threads are valuable but hard to find as is.

I do agree that, for the website version, there should be a summary of what you've taken so far. The website can easily calculate where you clicked and update it's own link the moment you select a node, why can't it show you the totals of what you've selected so far?

As to the in game skill tree, it's not so much about which of the nodes would do you better now, but which node will take you down the path better for you. It's better to plan a skill tree with a focus on getting to a certain keystone, node circle, or area than which single node will help me.

That 8% increased damage may increase your DPS more than the 3% attack speed, but the 3% attack speed leads you to a better damage circle in fewer nodes, faster.
